"Chinese Medicine Rocks!"
Chinese medicine has a very different perspective about health and what causes disease. First of all, there is, not just one standard of health, but several.
Many of these standards pertain to the Organ Systems. Others are found in the Psyche. How do you know if you're healthy? How do you know if you're not?
This is the reason why Chinese medicine helps you. You have to have standards. How else can you measure up and see what's happening? Without a standard, then you're just guessing, which is probably what you've been doing. Until now.
Health is about harmony and balance. You know it when you feel harmony within and without. You know it in your Heart when you are balanced.
"The Basics First"
Let's go through the conceptual building blocks. These include Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, Qi, the Organ Systems, and the Emotions.
"Important Aspects For Results"
Besides these, it
• Is energy medicine.
• Is holistic medicine. It's intuitive and makes sense. There is definitely a connection between your body and your mental/emotional/spiritual aspect. The Body and Mind affect each other in both good health and bad health. There is no separation.
• Is bonafide evidence based medicine.
• Is effective and works, as Joanne Douglass, L.Ac, Dipl.Ac, explains how acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine works at www.denver-acupuncture-answers.com.
• Understands your nature. It understands childrens health, women's health, and men's health.
Children are not small adults. There is such a thing as normal child behavior. I've always maintained that "Normal" has a wide breadth. It has a very strong branch in pediatric medicine.
Women are not smaller versions of men. It has a very strong branch in obstetrics and gynecology.
Men have their own unique issues. It has a very strong branch in andrology.
There's no doubt that there are answers, real solutions to your problems. You just have to be open to that information. If you have a desire to be healthy and balanced, then the way for you is right in front of you. Then it's important to make a firm decision to do whatever it takes to get better. The path is there. Are you brave enough to walk it?
